The Name
Tovis is a contraction of two words: Topçuoğlu Vizyon — the Topçuoğlu Vision. It is the name a family that has built since 1987 gave, in 2019, to its residential arm. TO-VIS: one half is thirty years of site discipline, the other a drawing board facing forward. The name was kept short, because leaving the long speech to the building itself is a group habit.
The Heritage
Behind Tovis stands the building discipline of Topçuoğlu Grup, producing in İstanbul since 1987. The group's accumulated site and delivery experience is focused on residential development under the Tovis roof; every stage, from land selection to handover, is managed by a single hand.
The Architecture
Projects are drawn at the same desk with Meta Konsept Architecture. Plan types are built around real life; room-by-room measurements are printed on the sheets and published here as they are. The promise is made in the plan, not the brochure.
The Brand
From a name to a portfolio
- 1987Topçuoğlu Grup is founded in İstanbul.
- 2019The Tovis marque is established; residential development gets its own roof.
- 2021The first boutique plots are acquired, in Gürpınar and Pınartepe.
- 2024The designs for Tovis Butik, Müstakil and Cadde are completed with Meta Konsept Architecture.
- 2026Tovis continues to develop new projects in western İstanbul; the sales office serves in Beylikdüzü.
Principles
Four principles
Honest square metres
Gross and net are printed on the same page at the first meeting. Space behind a column is not for sale; every type's net area is published with its plan.
Single-hand management
Every stage, from land selection to handover, is run within the group; responsibility is never delegated.
Delivery on time
Since 1987 the group has taken the delivery date as seriously as the structure. The schedule lives in the contract, not on the site board.
Neighbourhood culture
Our projects don't turn their backs on the street: avenue storefronts, lanterns on garden walls, pergola courtyards. Good neighbours begin with a good plan.
