As Tovis Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş. ("Tovis"), we value the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared in the capacity of data controller pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

The name, email address, phone number and message content you share through the contact form are processed to fulfil your appointment request, to contact you and to keep a record of your enquiry.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent; it may only be shared with authorised institutions within the scope of legal obligations.

Your data is retained for a reasonable period after your request is concluded, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. You may send your requests to iletisim@tovis.com.tr.
